Elizabeth Salathe

Communications Professional/ Event Curator/ Digital Creator

I'm a storyteller with a passion for creative projects and brand building, sparked at age ten with a love for cameras and my typewriter.

I’m a proud University of Oregon grad, who’s career has included supporting Microsoft PR at WE Communications, building my digital skills as Content/Event Coordinator at Capital Fund I, and now serving as Executive Assistant to the CEO at Mission Restoration.

Outside of work, you can find me going on weekend adventures with my camera, listening to a juicy podcast, or chismeando con mis amigos y familia.

As I turn challenges into opportunities for growth, I am using my experiences to inspire others, ignite creativity, and deliver seamless results!

Interests

  • I have an insatiable wanderlust to visit places i’ve never been, with a special love for Mexico and Europe, where I cherish family connections and seek new adventures.

  • Documentary photography, UGC creating and blogging are my creative outlets, and event planning is where my hospitality and customer service shine.

  • With a strong background in communications, hospitality, and events, I bring a unique perspective to all my clients.

MMy Story.

Dream it.

Crafting compelling stories from personal experiences is something I've always loved. Growing up reading the Magic Tree House series and choreographing skits with my siblings, I've always cherished the power of storytelling.

Build it.

Pursuing a B.A. at the University of Oregon’s Journalism School, I honed my skills in effective reporting, writing, and communication. Majoring in Public Relations and minoring in Sociology, I found the perfect blend of my passions and profession, which opened doors for growth and new opportunities.

As a first-generation student, graduating was a deeply meaningful achievement for my family and me, a testament to the hard work and ongoing personal and professional growth I continue to strengthen.

Grow it.

My growth mindset and how I’ve worked through life’s challenges keep me focused on becoming the best version of myself: determined, inspired, and happy.

As I collect new skills, discover new places, and explore ideas, my years of experience grow. I am grateful to be where I am and I await new adventures/opportunities!
